Whew, its been a busy, up and down spring… so much sorrow and sadness in our country… and our world… and yet there is still so much beauty and reason for hope moving forward!

Our La Petite Gallerie in Bluffton is open full time again and I’ve been painting away to keep my wall filled with fresh new work. With that – plus commissions (a home, two dog portraits, and a fun goat painting, just in the past few weeks), and my new shopping site (go to shineonart.com and click the SHOP link to see what’s available) – there really hasn’t been any down time, and I love it. I’d rather be painting than pretty much anything else.

I was super happy to donate a portion of my art sales from the shut down period sales to Bluffton Self Help. Thank you so much to my customers for making that possible!

“A Bit Overgrown” pictured here is one that found a home with a collector before it even made it to the gallery – thank you again to all my art loving customers for keeping me busy!

Here’s to everyone staying healthy, being happy, and staying kind to each other.
